Presentation

Daily 3DSlicer hands-on demos with sample datasets will be held as part of the NeuroDebian booth at the 17th Annual Meeting of the Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM 2011) June 26-30, Quebec City, Canada. The purpose of the exhibit will be to introduce members of the OHBM community to the capabilities of the 3DSlicer software. The demonstrations will include MRI-based automatic parcellation of brain structures and volume rendered head scans.

3DSlicer Demos

All demonstrations will be run with the Slicer3.6.3 version of the software, available for download on the 3DSlicer website.
