Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes November 17, 2009
In attendance:
- Valerie Humblet
- Gordon Harris
- Annick Van den Abbeele
- Randy Gollub
- Simon Warfield
- Gordon Williams
- Clare Tempany
- Bob Lenkinski
- Wendy Plesniak
1. Consultations
- New consultations were logged in the JIRA system and are taking care of by the consultants.
2. Budget Y3
- Randy needs budget justification for each site. Every member of the imaging consortium should send her a brief description of the different tasks they do for the Catalyst.Randy will also need a couple of sentences about supplies ordered.
3. Evaluation report
- The group reviewed the evaluation report sent earlier by Michele Sinunu. Valerie will make all the changes suggested and send a new (hopefully final) version to the group so it will be reviewed during next week t-con.
- The group agreed that for next year we must work on a strategic planning and prioritization. It will be crucial to show how multi-institutions are represented in each goal.
4. Education program
- The Slicer workshop scheduled for November 23 is a huge success, all seats were reserved in 48 hours. Valerie already has a waiting list of 10 investigators. She will work with Jeff and WEndy to schedule another similar training either in December or January.
