Use-case Scenario

Take an abdominal CT data set and use the editor to segment the following major organs and structures during a single session:

  1. Skin "shell"
  2. Bones
  3. Liver
  4. Kidneys
  • The goal is to generate a consolidated label map with all the segmentation results and then to use modelmaker to generate surface model for each of the structures.
  • Issues:
    • Handling of the label map: Should be pull down menue of available one and option to name and create a new one.
    • Link selected label map to displayed label map
    • Handling of LUTs
