Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes October 13, 2009

1. Update on imaging consultation requests

  • There was no new consultation posted through the website this week.
  • Bob has found a data set (lung) for the DCE-MRI module for Slicer. He will meet with Jeff, Wendy and Valerie on Friday to teach them about the fitting process. Valerie will create an issue in JIRA where Bob is the consultant.


2. Demonstration of Slicer at different institutions

  • The Slicer training will be the first series of hands-on training that the consortium will offer. The material is ready.
  • There is an electronic room at Countway that would be the perfect setting for the Slicer demonstration. The software and the data sets can be loaded in advance.
  • This room will be book to offer a series of Slicer hands-on workshops, we will try to get a time when residents are available. Targeted invitation will also be sent butt he event will be open to everybody.
