Objective

Integrate van Leemput's Bias Field correction into the current EMSegmenter. This might be useful for the Mind project.

Approach, Plan

Our approach is to integrate the code given to us by UNC into the current EMSegmenter in Slicer 3


Progress

We started to merge the code of Marcel Prastawa with the EMSegmenter in Slicer 3.
