  1. Setup grid engine for use by the participants

  1. Build pipelines constructed from code developed in other projects
    • The UNC shape group would like to build a simple prototype application by combining a set of processing modules for shape analysis with the LONI pipeline.
  2. Submit the pipelines to the grid engine
