Overview of WUSTL Algorithms

The NRG at Washington University is developing databasing and image management tools for the NA-MIC kit. These tools are based on the XNAT platform that is widely used by imaging enterprises around the world. We are also organizing data sets for sharing within NA-MIC and the broader community. These sets include tutorial data, reference data, and experimental data.
