Objective

Develop a plan with DBPs on applying DTI atlas methodology to a clinical study.

Approach, Plan

Initial results will be generated before the project week on building DTI atlases using clinical Schizophrenia data. During the project week more specific plans for statistical analysis of fiber bundles across a population will be developed.
